Shakers: there are several types such as the American shaker (two pieces, a 28 oz stainless steel glass and a 16 oz boston glass), the European shaker (3 pieces) and many similar ones.
Mixing glass: it is simply a 16 oz glass glass where mixed cocktails are prepared such as Bloody Mary, it is accompanied with the bar spoon and the spiral strainer (to serve cocktails without ice).
Measuring cups or Jiggers: They are stainless steel pieces that are used to measure the volume of alcohol.
Strainers: Strainers are another of the most important elements since when serving the drink, they prevent unwanted ingredients from falling, such as ice, pieces of fruit or seeds. The most widely used is the spiral strainer. The technique used to strain a cocktail with small seeds is “double pouring”, using the spiral strainer and in turn the mesh strainer.
Juicers: essential to extract fruit juices. There are manual and automatic. Spoons: used to stir mixtures in mixing glasses. The most typical is the long spiral handle called a bar spoon.
